At anytime, you can remove a lead from the automated QuickConnect campaigns/workflows. To do so, go to the Conversations or Contact Profile and find the section for Campaigns/Workflows.
In Conversations, you'll find this on the right hand side under the contact's information. Scroll down there to find it. In the Contact's profile, you'll find this on the left-hand sidebar. Scroll down to find it there.
Then, go ahead and remove it by clicking the "X" on the campaign/workflow that is Active.
