If someone doesn't show up for their scheduled appointment time, always do the following:
Double dial (ie always call hang up and call them one more time immediately after). This frames it as urgent on their end - and will often result in more pickups.
On the second dial leave a voicemail with the following scripting: Hey Dr. NAME / COMPANYNAME, this is YOURNAME from YOURCOMPANYNAME. I'm calling about our scheduling appointment about OFFER. Call me back as soon as you get this, YOUR NUMBER.
Immediately after, move them to the pipeline stage, "No Shows." Then we'll be texting and emailing them over the next 12 Automatically days. It is your job to still ensure that the campaign remains active and that you message them back if they respond (this will pause the automation).
Continue to call to follow-up and reschedule - leave notes in QuickConnect When you do.
