Can we stop the automated follow up messages?

I Don’t Want You To Send Follow Up Reminders To Our Leads:

Before you decide to take this risk, we would like you to think about the following:

  1. Based on a study by the National Center for Biotechnology Information, forgetfulness is reported by patients as the most common reason for not attending a healthcare appointment and accounts for between 8% and 44.8% of patients who did not attend their appointments.
  2. It has been suggested that simple reminders may be effective because they act as cues to counteract prospective memory failures.
  3. Removing the follow-up reminders will increase the likelihood of no-shows or last-minute cancellations due to forgetfulness.

If you are willing to experiment and take the risk, you may submit a support ticket so our team can work on this request. We take these on a case-by-case basis to ensure that your campaign is the most successful.

Note: You can stop these automated reminders, however, they have been highly tested and refined. We've seen those offices that use these books significantly more appointments and often see almost 2x as many patients show up as those who don't.

If you are on performance-based pricing, the option is not available to stop these automated messages.
