To book appointments, there are 3 ways to do so.
Opportunities
Visit “Opportunities” in the QuickConnect dashboard.
Click the contacts card on the white space for a pop-up to appear.
Navigate to “Appointments” on the top of the pop-up
Select the calendar, appointment date, and time and click "Save."
Contact
Visit the contact and navigate to “Appointments” in the top right corner.
Click "Add new" and select the calendar, date, and time and click "Save."
Appointments
Visit “Scheduling” in the QuickConnect dashboard.
Click "Appointments"
Click "New Appointment"
A pop-up will appear. Now select the new date and time for the appointment, type in the contact's name. Select the pre-filled name as it appears for the name, email, and phone number, and click the “Save” button at the bottom of the screen.
