How to Reschedule Appointments

  1. To reschedule appointments visit “Scheduling” in the QuickConnect dashboard.
  2. Click "Appointments"
  3. Find the patient's appointment and click the “Confirmed” button on the left of it
  4. A drop-down will appear. Click "Reschedule"
  5. A pop-up will appear. Now select the new date and time for the appointment and click the “Save” button at the bottom of the screen.
