Stage

The stage is the position of a lead in your process. As the lead progresses through your process they'll be moved through the various pipeline stages. The pipeline stages are those you see in your Opportunities like, “Lead In,” “Appointment Booked,” etc.

.

Lead-in

These people opted in to your marketing and at this stage are likely receiving marketing material to book an appointment.

.

Appointment Booked

These people booked an appointment and are likely receiving appointment reminder material to show up for their appointment. The lead will be moved here automatically when an appointment is booked for them in our QuickConnect system.

.

Consult Completed

This is the stage for the initial consultation. Whenever a lead shows up to their initial consultation, move them here. This will allow us to accurately determine what improvements need to be made for your system and how things are going for your practice. And this will allow you to get accurate reporting on how many consults you've had a week over week.

.

Day 2

If you have a 2-day sales process where patients need to come back to see their results from exams and learn about your program, then use the Day 2 stage to track this. Pull them here for accurate reporting and then you can move them to the according Status if it changes to Won or Lost, etc.

.

No-Show

When a patient is moved here, they'll receive marketing material to reschedule. Move them here also for accurate reporting.

.

Canceled

When a patient is moved here, they'll receive marketing material to reschedule. Move them here also for accurate reporting.
