Status
Status is the classification for the position of a lead. In other words, is the lead open (and still active), won, abandoned, or lost? By default, your opportunities pipeline will show “Open” status leads. When you click and drag an opportunity on the bottom of the screen you can place them into Lost, Abandoned, or Won.
.
Open
These leads are still active. Only move them to a new status when necessary because when they're open we have an idea of our pipeline and can know who to remarket to in the future.
If you accidentally "lose" a lead or it disappears, it usually just got removed from "Open." Fix this by the following:
Click the dropdown where it says “Open” on the top of the “Opportunities”
Select "All"
Search for the patient's name.
Click on the white space of the patient's opportunity card and a pop-up will appear.
Scroll down to find "Status."
Change the status to "Open."
.
Won
Move any lead who becomes a patient to "Won."
Do this by dragging them over won, if the lead value you're seeing on the card is correct.
Otherwise, click the card for a pop-up to appear.
Scroll down to find status and lead value.
Change the status to Won
Change the lead value to the correct estimated lifetime value of the patient (over the course of 1 year).
.
Lost
Move a lead here when they are lost. Lost is defined as the patient is qualified (not always financially, but based on their condition and is a good fit for your program). They've gone through your process and just did not start. These people we can remarket to later.
Do this by simply dragging them over “Lost” and dropping them there.
.
Abandoned
Move people to abandoned if you've tried to reach them and they requested not to be reached, said they aren't interested in the initial offer, accidentally signed up, were disqualified, provided incorrect contact information, or you've tried contacting them and they've been deemed "dead," in other words, they haven't answered.
Do this by simply dragging them over “Abandoned” and dropping them there.
Note: If they ask to not be contacted please also follow the steps here.
