How to update the status of your appointment

How do you update the appointment status in Quickconnect and measure your show-rate?


There are two ways to update the status of your appointments. One is from the Scheduling tab and the other is from the Opportunities tab both found on the left hand menu options in Quickconnect.


From the Scheduling Tab:


1. On the left side menu in Quickconnect, go to Scheduling, click the drop down and choose Appointments.

2. On the upper right hand side of the Appointment page, you can adjust/filter your search options (i.e appointment per calendar, status and date).



3. Under the Actions tab, select the status of the appointment from the drop down menu.


This action will automatically update the Pipeline stages. This will help us measure the performance of our campaigns based on the show rate.

From the Opportunities Tab:

  1. On the left side menu, go to Opportunities

  2. Click the name card of the patient you want to update.



  1. On the pop up Opportunity page, scroll down and look for “Stage”.

  2. Click the drop down to choose the “Stage” of the appointment.

  3. You could also update the status of the appointment by clicking on the “Status” on the Opportunity page.

      Won - showed and signed up (converted)
      Lost - showed and did not commit to care
    Abandoned - did not book, did not show up, did not respond to SMS, email and phone
        Calls.


This will automatically update your Conversion Rate on your Quickconnect Dashboard.
