How to Cancel Appointments

If a patient needs to cancel their appointment, please follow the following steps. 


Note: When an appointment is canceled, they'll automatically be added to a campaign to reschedule them via text. If you are messaging them or they message back after this, the campaign will stop. If you want to remove them from the automation, navigate to the contact's profile. Scroll down on the left side of the screen to find "Active Campaigns." Press the X next to the campaign to delete them from the Cancellation campaign.


  1. Visit “Opportunities” in QuickConnect

  2. Search the contact name in the search bar.

  3. Click on the white space of the contact card and drag the contact to the “Canceled” stage.

  4. Follow this by clicking on the bolded name of the card so the contact's information will open up.

  5. Proceed to call the contact to try and reschedule them, following the "Cancellation script."


Option 2

  1. You can also cancel the appointment by visiting the Contact's full profile.

  2. Click “Appointments” on the top right side of the screen.

  3. Click the trash can icon to cancel the appointment.
