Use the contact's profile for communicating with leads through text and email, viewing their contact information and additional information, or activities or for adding notes, tasks, and appointments.
Activity
Activity will automatically load up time-stamped logs of any activities that they go through in our system. This is funnel steps that they've visited, forms, surveys, and appointments that they've booked or completed.
Click on the links to view what they visited.
Task
Tasks are used for setting up scheduled events. These are great for follow up action-items. Add a task and set the date and time for it to be due. Assign it to yourself or anyone else on your team and add any additional information you'd like to it.
These can then be viewed in the contact's profile and marked as completed or on your Dashboard at anytime.
Notes
Use the notes section, to leave time-stamped notes. I would use this every time that you contact a lead or make any changes to their appointments.
You can leave notes of the conversation here, any qualifications, etc.
Appointment
Here you can book appointments or view those that were already booked. Make sure to select the right calendar and log the correct time when doing so.
If appointment reminders and confirmation messages are setup with that calendar, they may automatically trigger to go out when you book the appointment.
