How to Update the Appointment Stage from the Calendar Page:


We normally update the appointment's stages by dragging and dropping the appointments on the Opportunities page. Some clients/users do not want to go through the steps in updating the stages so we created this article to make it easier for everyone to simply update their appointments' stages from the calendar page. 


1. Log into Quickconnect

2. On the left hand menu, go to Calendars.

3. Choose the appointment that you'd like to update:

4. Open the details of the appointment, then launch the contact's profile by clicking on the hyperlinked name as shown on the next screenshot (username / office name).



5. On the left side of the contacts page, use the side bar and scroll down and you'll see opportunities. Launch it by clicking on the edit icon (a pen and a paper icon).


6.  You'll see a pop up box to edit the opportunity information. Click on the drop down under STAGE and choose the stage you want to update it to. Click on the Update button at the bottom right of the pop up box to save the changes.
