Missing Leads In The Pipeline:
You might be wondering why some leads are not showing up in the system. Don’t fret, please follow the process below on how to easily locate them:
Go to Opportunities
At the upper portion of Opportunities, there are different filters such as date range, date added, new patient, owner, campaign, and the pipeline status (i.e. all, open, won, lost, and abandoned).
Please check if the selected date range is set to ALL TIME and
The pipeline status is set to ALL.
If this does not fix the issue, here’s another way to look for them.
On the left corner of QuickConnect, please look for Contacts.
There are four dropdown options, please choose Contact/Smart lists
On the upper right corner, there is a QUICK SEARCH box.
You may type the name, email, tag, or phone number of the lead you are looking for.
