EMAIL BUILDER QUICKCONNECT
(Best for Newsletter or Marketing Emails)
Login to your QuickConnect account.
On the upper left menu, look for MARKETING. Click on the drop down and choose EMAILS.
This will bring you to the page similar to the one below. Then on the upper right corner, click on CREATE EMAIL.
There are several options you can choose from in creating your first newsletter. You can use the templates, build things from scratch, or utilize the HTML import.
If you are using the templates native to our system, here’s how they look.
SIMPLE template - best to use in sending newsletter when you do not want to draft the overall look from scratch
PROMOTIONS template - best to use if you want to send an email that is rich in images and does not want to build everything from scratch.
FROM SCRATCH - best to use if you are feeling a little adventurous on how you would like the newsletter interface to look like. This is time consuming but worth a try especially if you are now confident navigating through the settings, modifying contents, and making changes in the overall set up.
HTML Import - If you are a developer or is partnering with one, this is where the HTML Import comes to play. This provides you endless options but is the most technical one that requires expertise in coding and stuff. We will literally not recommend going this route unless you already have someone to do it for you.
6. Once you have chosen whether to use one of the templates or build everything from scratch, you may start creating the newsletter from here by editing the templates.
7. You may also change or edit the settings of the email. Click on the SETTINGS menu on the upper center portion then it will route you to a page similar to the one below. Choose the name, email address, and email subject you want the recipient to see.
8. Then you may now schedule and send the newsletter to be sent out to different leads. On the upper center portion of the page, click on SEND and SCHEDULE.
RECIPIENTS - This will allow you to choose who to target for the campaign. All of the email addresses of the lead you have in the pipeline will show up here.
SENDING OPTIONS - You may choose to send the email now, schedule for later, or send in a drip mode. Schedule for later will allow you to choose a specific date and time to send the email to the lead all at once. While the send in drip mode option will allow you to send the email by batch quantity on a specific date and time.
9. Once your newsletter is all set, you may change the template name by clicking on the PENCIL icon on top, edit the name, and click on save in the upper left corner. Then click on review and send once you are ready for the newsletter to go live.
