Can I do a Zoom or Phone consultation?

From our experience, we've seen Zoom consultations have poor show-up rates. The tech is tough for some people to log onto and it results in few people showing up.

We always recommend that if you'd like to do this, start with a phone consultation. Studies even show that conversion rates are higher for consultations over the phone instead of over video.

Then, if you have issues we can always try and find a solution.
