There are different ways to reactivate your old leads.
- You can upload your contacts to Quickconnect and retarget your old leads (leads before our marketing) by creating a reactivation campaign.
- Reactivate your existing old leads by setting up a new pipeline and creating a new campaign.
- Sending bulk SMS, email or voice messages to retarget your old leads.
The first two steps require technical adjustments so it takes time to set up, but it's worth the time and effort if we are retargeting leads that are 200 and up.
If we are retargeting 100 leads below, creating SMS/Email or Voice drop campaign will be a lot easier to set up.
Please check the step by step instructions and the links to the walkthrough videos below:
- In Quickconnect, go to Marketing and click on Campaigns. .
- Create Campaign > Set up a Campaign name (For example BackandNeck reactivation SMS).
- Click on Add Event and choose the campaign method you want to use (SMS/Email/Voice) then follow the next steps.
- In the sample video, we created a SMS campaign to retarget your old back and neck leads. So Select SMS and Customize your message. Make it short and simple and don't forget to require your leads to respond by either replying YES to the message or asking them to call to schedule/claim the offer.
Set the time when you want to send it (example: Send immediately). On the same page, change the status of the event to Published.
(Please disregard what's shown on the video as I copied a reactivation from another client)
- Go to Contacts. Click on Contacts/Smart List.
- On the upper right hand corner look for "Add filters". Add filters to your target leads. (i.e: DND-no, Tag - condition, Pipeline: New Patient, Pipeline Stage: new patient> Lead in, Last Activity: More than 10 days ago). These filters will reduce the volume of leads that we are retargeting which is normal because we don't want to target everyone on our list.
- Once filters are created, Select all contacts by putting a checkmark on the check box beside the contact name.
- You're now ready to add these contacts to your campaign. In the Contacts/Smartlists page, hover your mouse to the icons and click on the Add to campaign icon (looks like a robot icon).
- You can choose whether you want to send the SMS campaign to your selected contacts all at once or at a scheduled time. For lead volume that's 60 or higher you want to do it in drip mode. Click on Add drip mode.
- Put SMS on Action.
- Start on - add the date and time
- On the Batch quantity field, you can type in your desired target per batch (example: 30 per batch) and just follow the next steps which are self explanatory.
- Once you finish the set up, click on Add to Campaign/Workflow.
- Check the status of your SMS Campaign by clicking on the Workflows on the left hand menu. It will take you to another page that shows the status of your Bulk SMS.
You can run a reactivation campaign ideally once every quarter depending on your lead volume.
