How to change the lead value

Lead Value is the total value of your leads. We use this to track your revenue and overrall case value. This might be better known as your case value or lifetime value of a new patient or client. 


Please make sure to update this with all won leads, so we can make more educated decisions on how your campaign is performing and converting.


Now, remember, this is not just the value of the first purchase, but the potential lifetime value of the customer. If you offer packages, always put that value here. Otherwise, put your expected lifetime value in the first 1+ year(s). 


Here are the steps on how to change your lead value:

  1. Log in to Quickconnect.
  2. Go to Opportunities.
  3. Select the lead you want to change the lead value of by clicking on the name card. See screenshot below:
  4. You'll get a pop up page for the Lead opportunity information. Scroll down and you will see the lead value field.
  5. Change the Lead Value and click on the Update button to save.
