How To Read And Understand Your KPI Dashboard Report

How do I interpret the KPI report?



1.On the left hand side of Quickconnect, scroll down and go to KPI Dashboard.

2. You’ll be taken to the Overall report on the first tab of your KPI report. 


First Tab (Overall Tab)  shows your campaign’s overall performance in 90-day moving average. 7 day change report, 14 day daily report and month to month change daily report. If you're running different campaigns, the reports are separated to measure each campaign’s performance.

 

Leads Status   Total applications submitted, No show, Canceled and Consult Completed (In order to get accurate results, we need your help in updating the leads’ stages in Quickconnect).

Leads - Total Number of leads generated

Appointments - Total number of Appointments booked

Lead > Appt % - This is the percentage of the leads who booked appointments.

Click > Lead % - This is the percentage of people who clicked the link compared to those who became a lead. This displays the conversion percentage of the landing page we're using.

Spend - This is the exact amount spent on your ads to place them in front of your community.

CTR - Click through rate percentage. This is the percentage of people who saw your ad who clicked the link on it.

CPM - Cost per 1,000 impressions.

Impression - This is the number of times your content was displayed on a screen for a user.

Reach - The number of users who saw your content.

 

Second Tab (Reporting Tab) shows the Weekly Advertising Report

 

The next 3 tabs that show raw data reporting are for Think Bullish use only. 

 

Mainsheet Tab shows the submitted application on Facebook (leads report).

LeadStatusLogNewPatient Tab shows the Leads’ status in Quickconnect and their lead value.
