How to review the copies and leave comments for revision requests:
You’ll find the set of copies that our team has prepared for you in Google Docs. Please review them carefully and comment directly in the document with your necessary edit/revision requests. You can also ask questions or leave comments.
Here’s How:
- Highlight the word/phrase/statement you'd like to change or remove. Click the blue PLUS sign on the right hand side and type in your question/comment/feedback. You can also type directly in the document and/or delete things. Your font will show up in green so it’s easy for our editor to review. For more help, check out this short video.
- To avoid any potential lulls in your campaign, we ask that you complete your review at your earliest possible convenience. An ideal turn-around window is within 72-hours. While this isn't required, we need you to be aware that anything longer than that could have a potentially negative impact on your campaign.
- This is your opportunity to make any necessary changes so please review carefully. Since edits made to ads after publication can adversely affect performance, sometimes even causing rejection (meaning the platform will not show the ad), we do not make post-publication edits.
- Email us to notify us when you’ve completed your review. If you have no questions or changes, you can just send us a quick email that says: “APPROVED!”
