Integrating Your Google My Business

To integrate your Google My Business page to your account, please see the instructions below.

For Google My Business, please go to each of your locations in QuickConnect.
Navigate to Settings.
Then, on the left-hand side bar, select Integrations.
Login with a new Google Account and authorize access using the Google account that has access to your Google My Business.
It will give you the option to select your business, please click the dropdown and select the right business.
Uncheck the box GMB messaging and call tracking unless you'd like all calls from your Google My Business listing to go to a phone number associated with your account. It will change your existing phone number.

After that, you should be good. Let us know if you have any questions or run into any issues.

You'll then be able to review and respond to all new reviews in the Reputation section. You'll also receive email notifications anytime a new review comes in.
